Just wanted to celebrate the huge win @here for the XD team as we’ve officially handed off the Harvard Design System.

@Jaydee Devine @John Graham @victor.lupan & @denis.cojemeachin did an amazing job navigating new techniques and tools to take on this monumental challenge.

Dipping in on this Friday to give a huge shoutout to @John Graham for absolutely nailing a client presentation and design system handoff. The team (looking at you @denis.cojemeachin & @victor.lupan) has been moving mountains for Harvard to stand up a white label design system for a Drupal migration that includes over 6k sites! This was a sprawling system complete with 5 content types (templates + widgets), 15 components each with 6 colorway variations, 3 unique styles, and the use of Token Studio to curate 3 font pairings and 3 color palettes.

Our client is eager to get into the system and build their own mockups so John put together a comprehensive overview of the system, added the components to their figma environment, and gave the team a walkthrough this morning. How did it go? I think the client said it best:
